Ways to Give

We are so grateful for your support of The Children’s Center at Mulberry! We depend on our community of parents, grandparents, MSUMC members, and friends to help support our mission. Indeed, your gifts make The Children's Center at Mulberry a truly special place to grow, learn, and play. 

 

ONE-TIME GIFT

You may make a one-time gift by major credit or debit card using our secure online system by clicking HERE or have your banking account drafted by clicking HERE and designating The Children's Center at Mulberry on the pull-down menu. You may also write a check made payable to The Children’s Center at Mulberry and deliver it to our office via hand delivery or mail. (Please note "Annual Fund" on the memo section of your check.)

RECURRING GIFTS/PLEDGES

Recurring gifts allow donors to make donations over time, which sometimes enables donors to give more generously than otherwise possible at one time. Payments can be made using debit or credit cards on a schedule. Set up a recurring payment HERE today or send in your pledge by clicking HERE and selecting your desired giving frequency.

 

QUALIFIED CHARITABLE DISTRIBUTIONS FROM RETIREMENT ACCOUNTS

Have you reached the age when you must take required minimum distributions from your retirement account? If so, you may benefit from a qualified charitable distribution to an organization like The Children's Center at Mulberry, which is an eligible charity under the IRS rules. Consult your professional tax advisor to see if such a contribution could be tax-advantaged for you.

MATCHING GIFTS

Many companies are willing to match gifts that their employees make to nonprofit organizations like The Children’s Center at Mulberry. To find out whether your employer might match your gift, consult your company’s human resources department.

CAPITAL CAMPAIGNS

Periodically, with the guidance from the Board of Managers, The Children’s Center at Mulberry will embark on an initiative that requires significant funding. In instances like this, a Capital Campaign will raise funds that are needed for a specific project in excess of the school’s Annual Fund goal.  

 

SECURITIES

Gifts of securities may generate noteworthy tax benefits. In certain cases, capital gains taxes may be avoided, and the full market value of stock may be tax-deductible.
